We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To start a return, just send us an email at returns@lenslyshades.com. All items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the shipping address for sending your item back. Refunds are processed as soon as we receive and inspect your return and may take 3–5 business days to appear on your original payment method. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
