We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To start a return, just send us an email at returns@lenslyshades.com. All items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the shipping address for sending your item back. Refunds are processed as soon as we receive and inspect your return and may take 3–5 business days to appear on your original payment method. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned. 5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders across the United States and selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen events. Lensly is not liable for delays beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Lensly product. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
